Soup made from green frozen peas and celery root.
Preparation: boil vegetables, beat in a blender, add a spoonful of cream and/or coconut oil, add a little salt.

Boiled asparagus, sprinkled with parmesan and microgreens mix (beets, alfalfa, red cabbage, sunflower), celery stalk, avocado.
