Clove-Lemon Morning Water

Instead of the usual warm water after sleep, prepare yourself a health balm to activate the intestinal-brain axis.
In hot water, throw 4-5 dried cloves, a circle of lemon or orange, let it brew for 10-15 minutes and drink it. Clove suppresses the reproduction of pathogenic microflora in the intestines and allows us to survive and work on our good mood with beneficial microflora.
